How to do an Arnold press?

Arnie’s take on the dumbbell overhead press has become one of the most popular bodybuilding moves when it comes to training your shoulder muscles. The Arnold press works all three parts of the deltoid (the anterior deltoid, lateral deltoid, and posterior deltoid) which are the muscles at the top of your arms. If you’re trying to build wider, wider shoulders, this exercise will keep your muscles tense longer than a barbell or overhead press.
